VFC Series Variable Flow Pressure Compensated Control Valve VFC20-K-G | TSK3018-12

Description & Features

The WEBTEC VFC Series variable flow control valve delivers pressure-compensated flow regulation across a working range of 1.5 to 20 L/min (0.5 to 5 US gpm), maintaining consistent output regardless of upstream or downstream pressure variation. Rated to 210 bar (3000 psi), the VFC20-K-G is suited to hydraulic circuits where stable, adjustable flow is required under varying load conditions.

The aluminium body keeps weight to just 0.2 kg, while internal carbon steel components and NBR/PTFE seals provide durability with mineral oils conforming to ISO 11158. A fluid temperature range of -30 to 120 °C (-22 to 248 °F) and an ambient rating to 50 °C support a broad range of service environments. Connection is via 7/16"-20UN No. 4 SAE ORB ports, making integration into compact hydraulic circuits straightforward.

Question by: Nancy B on Jun 10, 2026, 9:57 AM
How do I know if the VFC20-K-G valve will fit my system's existing setup?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 11, 2026, 9:58 PM
With its 7/16”-20UN #4 SAE ORB porting, the VFC20-K-G is compatible with standard hydraulic systems that use this connection type. It's always good to double-check your system's specifications to ensure a perfect fit.
Question by: Tammy W on Aug 17, 2025, 9:30 PM
porting on this valve, is it #4 SAE ORB or something else? trying to figure out if it drops right into a manifold block we already got.
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 19, 2025, 7:50 AM
#4 SAE ORB is correct, specifically 7/16"-20UN thread. That's a pretty common port size on smaller hydraulic blocks, so there's a decent chance it lines up with what you already have. Just verify your manifold is tapped for SAE ORB and not JIC or NPT, since the thread pitch can look similar but they don't seal the same way.
