VFD50 Series Variable Priority Flow Dividers VFD50-15-A SINGLE PACK | TSK5468-10

Description & Features

Part of the VFD50 Series, this WEBTEC variable priority flow divider gives operators direct, adjustable control over flow distribution to hydraulic actuators, making it well suited to circuits where speed synchronisation or sequencing is required. The VFD50-15-A handles a flow range of 0 to 15 L/min (0 to 3.9 US gpm) at pressures up to 250 bar (3600 psi), with 3/8" NPTF porting for straightforward integration into existing systems.

Construction centres on a cast SG Iron body with hardened steel and high carbon spring steel internals, offering durability in demanding conditions. NBR seals and compatibility with mineral oils to ISO 11158 are standard. The unit tolerates fluid temperatures from -30 to 120 °C (-22 to 248 °F) and an ambient range of -30 to 50 °C (-22 to 122 °F). An aluminium adjustment knob provides manual flow setting. Net weight is 0.8 kg (1.8 lbs).

Question by: Stan W on Aug 29, 2025, 2:59 PM
what's the max pressure this thing can handle? got a circuit running around 3000 psi and want to make sure it won't be a problem
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 31, 2025, 9:06 AM
Rated to 250 bar, which works out to 3600 psi, so a 3000 psi circuit sits comfortably within range. The body is cast SG iron with hardened steel internals, so it's built to hold up under sustained pressure rather than just peak spikes.
Question by: Ross S on May 11, 2026, 9:46 PM
What kind of fluids can the VFD50-15-A handle?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 13, 2026, 1:50 PM
This flow divider is compatible with mineral oils compliant with ISO 11158, making it suitable for a wide range of hydraulic applications.
