VFD50 Series Variable Priority Flow Dividers VFD50-30-A SINGLE PACK | TSK5468-11

Description & Features

Designed for precise hydraulic actuator speed control, the WEBTEC VFD50 Series Variable Priority Flow Divider provides continuously adjustable flow distribution across a working range of 0 to 30 L/min (0 to 7.9 US gpm) at pressures up to 250 bar (3600 psi). The manually adjustable aluminium knob allows the operator to vary priority flow without additional tooling, making it straightforward to tune actuator response in the field.

The body combines cast SG iron with hardened steel and high carbon spring steel internals, supporting reliable service across fluid temperatures from -30 to 120 °C (-22 to 248 °F) and ambient conditions down to -30 °C (-22 °F). NBR seals provide compatibility with mineral oils conforming to ISO 11158. Porting is 3/8" NPTF, and the compact unit weighs just 0.8 kg (1.8 lbs), making it well suited to space-constrained installations.

Question by: Clint R on Mar 6, 2026, 4:04 PM
How does the VFD50-30-A handle different fluid temperatures?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 8, 2026, 3:07 PM
The VFD50-30-A is built to manage fluid temperatures ranging from -30 to 120 °C, which is -22 to 248 °F. This makes it well-suited for various environments where temperature can fluctuate.
Question by: Cheryl D on Nov 24, 2025, 8:27 PM
seals are NBR on this one, does that hold up okay running standard mineral oil hydraulics all day?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 26, 2025, 8:03 AM
NBR seals and mineral oil are a well-matched combination, so continuous duty with mineral oil to ISO 11158 is exactly what this unit is built around. No compatibility concerns there. The fluid temperature range runs from -30 to 120 °C, which covers the operating temps you'd see in most industrial and mobile hydraulic circuits without pushing the seals into trouble.
