VFD50 Series Variable Priority Flow Dividers VFD50-15-A | TSK5468

Description & Features

Part of the VFD50 Series, this WEBTEC variable priority flow divider provides adjustable flow control for hydraulic actuator speed regulation in demanding industrial service. The unit handles flows from 0 to 15 L/min (0 to 3.9 US gpm) at pressures up to 250 bar (3,600 psi), with an aluminium adjustment knob allowing straightforward on-circuit tuning without additional tooling.

Construction uses a cast SG iron body with steel components, hardened steel internals, and high carbon spring steel, giving the VFD50-15-A a robust foundation for continuous duty. NBR seals support compatibility with mineral oils to ISO 11158 across a fluid temperature range of -30 to 120 °C (-22 to 248 °F). The 3/8" NPTF porting suits a wide range of standard hydraulic circuit configurations, and the compact 0.8 kg body keeps installation space requirements modest.

Question by: Brett S on Sep 23, 2025, 5:30 PM
what's the max pressure this thing can handle? got a circuit running pretty hot and want to make sure it won't blow out
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 25, 2025, 11:08 AM
Rated to 250 bar (3600 psi), so it holds up well in high-pressure hydraulic circuits. The body is cast SG iron with hardened steel internals, which helps it hold that rating without being a weak point in the system. As long as your circuit stays under that ceiling, pressure alone shouldn't be a concern.
Question by: Ken P on Jun 14, 2025, 6:45 PM
How much flow can the VFD50-15-A handle before it maxes out?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 15, 2025, 7:25 PM
The VFD50-15-A can manage up to 15 liters per minute, which is about 4 US gallons per minute. It's built to handle such flow rates efficiently, making it suitable for a variety of hydraulic applications.
