RV Series Variable Priority Flow Dividers with Built in Relief RV2FV2V050G | TSK6147-022

Description & Features

The RV Series WEBTEC variable priority flow divider offers adjustable flow splitting with an integrated relief valve, making it well suited to hydraulic systems where actuator speed control and circuit protection are both required. Model RV2FV2V050G handles flows up to 19 L/min (5 US gpm) at pressures to 250 bar (3,630 psi), covering a broad range of mobile and industrial hydraulic applications.

The cast iron body incorporates an aluminium adjustment knob and steel internal components, with NBR seals rated across a fluid temperature range of -30 to 120 °C (-22 to 248 °F). Porting is via 1-1/16"-12UN #12 SAE ORB connections, and the unit is compatible with mineral oils to ISO 11158, with alternative fluids available on request. At 2.9 kg (6.4 lbs), it is a compact unit for the flow and pressure ratings it delivers.

Question by: Rod P on Jun 27, 2025, 10:51 PM
what kind of port does the RV2FV2V050G use, and will it thread into a standard SAE manifold block?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 29, 2025, 3:46 PM
Porting on this unit is 1-1/16"-12UN #12 SAE ORB, so yes, it threads directly into any standard SAE O-ring boss port of that size. Pretty common fitment on manifold blocks used in mobile and industrial hydraulic circuits. Just make sure you've got the right O-ring seated before torquing it down.
Question by: Neal T on Sep 21, 2025, 8:18 PM
How much pressure can the RV2FV2V050G handle?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 23, 2025, 7:30 AM
This flow divider can manage up to 250 bar or 3630 psi, making it suitable for various industrial hydraulic systems.
