RV Series Variable Priority Flow Dividers with Built in Relief RV2FV2V200G | TSK6147-025

Description & Features

The RV2FV2V200G is a variable priority flow divider from WEBTEC's RV Series, combining adjustable flow division with an integrated relief valve in a single cast iron body. Designed to regulate hydraulic actuator speeds by directing a controlled priority flow, it handles up to 76 L/min (20 US gpm) across its full adjustable range and withstands system pressures to 250 bar (3630 psi).

Porting is via 1-1/16"-12UN #12 SAE ORB connections, and the aluminium adjustment knob allows straightforward flow setting in service. NBR seals support compatibility with mineral oils to ISO 11158, with alternative fluids available on request. The unit is rated for fluid temperatures from -30 to 120 °C (-22 to 248 °F) and ambient conditions from -30 to 50 °C (-22 to 122 °F), making it suitable for demanding mobile and industrial hydraulic circuits. Net weight is 2.9 kg (6.4 lbs).

Question by: Bobby R on Dec 9, 2025, 1:12 PM
what's the max pressure this thing handles? got a system running around 3000 psi and want to make sure it ain't gonna be a problem
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 11, 2025, 7:17 AM
Rated to 250 bar, which works out to 3630 psi, so a 3000 psi system sits comfortably within range. The body is cast iron with steel internals, so it's built to hold up under that kind of load without issues.

How do I know if this flow divider fits my system's port requirements?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 21, 2025, 7:04 AM
The RV2FV2V200G flow divider uses a 1-1/16” -12UN #12 SAE ORB porting, so you'll need to check if your system supports this type. It's commonly used in various hydraulic systems, but ensuring compatibility with your existing setup is key.
