RV Series Variable Priority Flow Dividers with Built in Relief RV2FV2V125G-LN | TSK6147-A24

Description & Features

The WEBTEC RV Series Variable Priority Flow Dividers with Built-in Relief provide robust and precise control of hydraulic actuator speeds. These flow dividers are capable of handling a maximum flow rate of 47 L/min (12.5 US gpm) and can withstand pressures up to 250 bar (3630 psi). They are suitable for use with mineral oils compliant with ISO 11158, and the durable construction features a cast iron body, an aluminum knob, and steel internal components, ensuring reliability in demanding environments.

With a fluid temperature range of -30 to 120 °C (-22 to 248 °F) and ambient temperatures between -30 to 50 °C (-22 to 122 °F), these flow dividers are versatile in various conditions. The NBR seals and 1-1/16" -12UN #12 SAE ORB porting further enhance compatibility and performance. Weighing only 2.9 kg (6.4 lbs), the RV2FV2V125G-LN model is engineered for efficiency and effectiveness in hydraulic systems.

Question by: Phil W on Apr 8, 2026, 6:51 PM
what's the max pressure this thing can handle? running a system that spikes pretty regularly and don't want to be chasing down failures later
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 10, 2026, 12:19 PM
Rated to 250 bar, which works out to 3630 psi. For a system with regular pressure spikes, that ceiling gives you reasonable headroom in most industrial and mobile hydraulic setups running standard mineral oil circuits.
