The WEBTEC 180 Series rotary shear directional control valve, model 182-E2F, is designed for reliable directional control in hydraulic systems where leakage must be kept to an absolute minimum. Rated to 207 bar (3000 psi) with a maximum flow capacity of 38 L/min (10 US gpm), it suits a range of medium-duty hydraulic circuit applications.

The valve body combines aluminium and black phenolic thermoset plastic, with carbon steel internals and NBR seals, providing a durable yet lightweight assembly at 1.3 kg. Porting is 3/8" NPTF. Compatible with mineral oils to ISO 11158, it operates across a fluid temperature range of -30 to 120°C (-22 to 248°F) and an ambient range of -20 to 50°C (-4 to 122°F). Alternative fluid compatibility is available on request.

seals are NBR on this valve, gonna be running standard mineral hydraulic oil through it, that gonna hold up alright?

NBR holds up well with mineral oils that meet ISO 11158, which is exactly what this valve is rated for. The fluid temperature range runs from -30 to 120°C, so as long as your system stays within that window, the seals should give you solid service life without compatibility issues.
