180 Series Rotary Shear Directional Control Valve 182-E1F | TSK6333-BH10

Description & Features

The 180 Series Rotary Shear Directional Control Valve, WEBTEC model 182-E1F, is engineered for precise hydraulic flow management in demanding environments. With a maximum flow capacity of 26.5 L/min (7 US gpm) and a pressure tolerance up to 350 bar (5000 psi), this valve is suitable for high-pressure applications. It operates efficiently across a fluid temperature range of -30 to 120°C (-22 to 248°F) and an ambient temperature of -20 to 50°C (-4 to 122°F), making it versatile for various industrial settings.

Constructed with a robust aluminium body and featuring black phenolic thermoset plastic, the valve ensures durability and longevity. Internal components made of carbon steel and NBR seals further enhance its performance in hydraulic circuits. The 3/8" NPTF porting allows for straightforward integration into existing systems. Compatible with mineral oils conforming to ISO 11158, the valve offers flexibility for use with other fluids upon request.

Question by: Greg R on Jul 7, 2025, 6:21 PM
ports on this are 3/8 NPTF right? trying to figure out if it'll thread straight into my existing manifold without adapters
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 9, 2025, 2:30 PM
3/8" NPTF is correct on the 182-E1F. NPTF is a dry-seal thread, so it forms a pressure-tight joint without relying on sealant alone. Whether you need adapters depends on what your manifold is tapped for. If it's already 3/8" NPTF, you're good to go direct.
