The 182-L1F-B is a rotary shear directional control valve from the WEBTEC 180 Series, designed for hydraulic systems requiring precise, low-leakage flow direction control at pressures up to 350 bar (5000 psi) and flow rates up to 26.5 L/min (7 US gpm).

The valve body combines aluminium and black phenolic thermoset plastic with carbon steel internals and NBR seals, giving it a compact, durable construction at 1.3 kg. Porting is via 9/16"-18UN #6 SAE ORB connections, suited to standard industrial hydraulic circuits. It handles fluid temperatures from -30 to 120°C (-22 to 248°F) and is rated for ambient conditions between -20 and 50°C (-4 to 122°F). Compatible with mineral oils to ISO 11158, with alternative fluid compatibility available on request.

How do I know if this 182-L1F-B valve will fit my existing setup?

You'll want to check the porting specifications. This valve uses a 9/16” -18UN #6 SAE ORB connection, so make sure that's compatible with your current system.

porting on this valve is 9/16-18UN #6 SAE ORB, does that play nice with standard hydraulic fittings on most mobile equipment?

SAE ORB is about as common as it gets on mobile hydraulic systems, so yes, off-the-shelf straight-thread O-ring fittings in that size will mate up without any adapters in most setups. The 9/16"-18UN thread is the standard for #6 SAE, which you'll find on a wide range of cylinders, manifolds, and valve bodies used in ag and construction equipment. Just make sure your mating fittings have the O-ring boss seat in good shape before you torque them down.
