VFD190 Series Variable Priority Flow Dividers VFD190RD300S3 SINGLE PACK | TSK6434-143

Description & Features

The WEBTEC VFD190 Series Variable Priority Flow Divider is expertly designed to manage hydraulic actuator speeds by precisely adjusting the flow rate. This model, VFD190RD300S3, handles a maximum flow of 114 L/min (30 US gpm) and operates under pressures up to 420 bar (6000 psi). Constructed from durable steel components housed in a cast ductile iron body, it ensures longevity and reliable performance in demanding conditions. The flow divider is compatible with mineral oils conforming to ISO 11158, and its robust sealing system employs NBR and PTFE materials for optimal fluid containment.

With a fluid temperature range of -30 to 120 °C (-22 to 248 °F) and an ambient temperature range of -30 to 50 °C (-22 to 122 °F), this flow divider is versatile across various environmental conditions. The 1-5/16" -12UN #16 SAE ORB porting facilitates seamless integration into existing hydraulic systems. Weighing 3.75 kg (8.3 lbs), it provides a practical solution for hydraulic flow management needs.

Question by: Debbie R on Nov 3, 2025, 6:19 PM
what's the max pressure this thing is rated for? looking at running a pretty loaded circuit and don't want to have to second-guess the hardware
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 5, 2025, 1:36 PM
Rated to 420 bar, which is 6000 psi. That puts it well into heavy-duty territory for most industrial and mobile hydraulic circuits. The body is cast ductile iron with steel internals, so it's built to hold up under sustained high-pressure conditions, not just peak spikes.
Question by: Dwight W on Jun 3, 2026, 8:54 PM
How well does the VFD190RD300S3 handle extreme temperatures?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 5, 2026, 4:20 PM
The VFD190RD300S3 performs reliably in fluid temperatures ranging from -30 to 120 °C (-22 to 248 °F) and ambient temperatures between -30 to 50 °C (-22 to 122 °F). This makes it suitable for a variety of environments, including those with extreme temperature fluctuations.
