VFD190 Series Variable Priority Flow Dividers VFD190RD350S3 SINGLE PACK | TSK6434-144

Description & Features

The VFD190RD350S3 belongs to WEBTEC's VFD190 Series of variable priority flow dividers, offering adjustable flow distribution to regulate hydraulic actuator speeds across a wide range of industrial machinery. Capable of handling flows from 0 to 132 L/min (0 to 35 US gpm) at pressures up to 420 bar (6000 psi), this unit is well suited to high-demand hydraulic circuits.

The body is constructed from cast ductile iron with steel internal components and finished with an aluminium adjustment knob, giving a net weight of 3.75 kg (8.3 lbs). NBR/PTFE seals provide reliable compatibility with mineral oils conforming to ISO 11158 across a fluid temperature range of -30 to 120 °C (-22 to 248 °F). The 1-5/16" -12UN #16 SAE ORB porting suits standard industrial hydraulic circuit configurations, and the unit remains serviceable in ambient temperatures from -30 to 50 °C (-22 to 122 °F).

what's the max pressure this thing handles? got a circuit running pretty hot and need something that won't give out
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 17, 2025, 8:55 AM
Rated to 420 bar (6000 psi), so it's built for high-demand hydraulic circuits. If your system is pushing hard, that ceiling gives you plenty of headroom for most industrial and mobile applications running mineral oil.
