porting on this one is 1-5/16" -12UN #16 SAE ORB, that right for both ports, or just the inlet?

Both the inlet and outlet ports on the VFD190LN400S3 use the 1-5/16"-12UN #16 SAE ORB fitting standard, so you won't need different adapters for each side. If your existing lines are already terminated in SAE ORB, you should be able to drop this in without a lot of extra hardware.
