FV200 Series Fixed and Proportional Flow Divider Valves FV200-30-2-H | TSK6532-212

Description & Features

The WEBTEC FV200 Series Fixed and Proportional Flow Divider Valves are engineered to efficiently manage hydraulic flow by splitting input into regulated and excess flow channels. With a maximum flow capacity of 30 L/min (8 US gpm) and a robust maximum pressure of 420 bar (6000 psi), these valves are ideal for demanding applications. The FV200-30-2-H model operates within a flow range of 10 to 30 L/min (2.6 to 7.8 US gpm) and performs reliably in fluid temperatures from -30 to 120°C (-22 to 248°F). Constructed with steel components housed in a durable cast iron body, the valves ensure long-lasting service. The NBR seals and compatibility with mineral oils to ISO 11158 further enhance their versatility. Designed with 1/2" BSPP inlet and 3/8" BSPP outlet porting, the FV200 Series is adaptable to various hydraulic setups, making it a valuable asset for precise flow control.

Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Dustin H on Oct 9, 2025, 11:57 AM
How well does the FV200-30-2-H handle high-pressure applications?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 11, 2025, 7:05 AM
With a maximum pressure rating of 420 bar (6000 psi), this flow divider valve is built to handle high-pressure hydraulic systems efficiently. It's suitable for demanding environments where pressure stability is crucial.
Question by: Kurt P on Sep 5, 2025, 2:13 PM
what's the pressure rating on this valve, and is 420 bar actually the continuous working limit or just a peak figure?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 7, 2025, 9:12 AM
420 bar (6,000 psi) is the stated maximum pressure for the FV200-30-2-H. That figure covers the full operating range of the valve as listed. The flow range runs 10 to 30 L/min (2.6 to 7.8 US gpm), so as long as you're staying within both of those boundaries, you're within spec.
