VFD120 Series Variable Priority Flow Dividers VFD120RD250J | TSK6602-217

Description & Features

The WEBTEC VFD120 Series variable priority flow divider gives hydraulic system designers direct, adjustable control over actuator speeds by metering flow across two circuits. The VFD120RD250J handles flows from 0 to 95 L/min (0 to 25 US gpm) at pressures up to 420 bar (6000 psi), making it suitable for demanding mobile and industrial hydraulic applications.

Porting is 3/4" BSPP, and the unit is built around a cast SG Iron body with steel components and an aluminium adjustment knob. Internally, hardened steel and high-carbon spring steel components work alongside NBR/PTFE seals. The valve is compatible with mineral oils to ISO 11158 and operates across a fluid temperature range of -30 to 120 °C (-22 to 248 °F). Ambient temperature tolerance spans -30 to 50 °C (-22 to 122 °F). Net weight is 2 kg (4.4 lbs).

How does the VFD120 Series handle high-pressure use?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 15, 2026, 3:51 PM
Capable of managing up to 420 bar or 6000 psi, this flow divider is well-suited for high-pressure hydraulic systems, ensuring reliable operation within those limits.
Question by: Sherry W on Jan 26, 2026, 2:57 PM
porting on this is 3/4 BSPP -- got a system running SAE fittings, is that gonna be a fitment problem or do most folks just adapter up?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 27, 2026, 5:19 PM
BSPP and SAE threads aren't directly interchangeable, so yes, you'd need an adapter. That's pretty common in mixed systems and usually not a big deal. Just make sure whatever adapter you're using is rated for the pressures involved, since this valve runs up to 420 bar / 6000 psi. A cheap adapter at that pressure rating is asking for trouble.
