VFD120 Series Variable Priority Flow Dividers VFD120RD160G SINGLE PACK | TSK6602-225

Description & Features

The VFD120RD160G is a variable priority flow divider from the WEBTEC VFD120 Series, suited to hydraulic systems where independent actuator speed control is required. Built around a cast SG iron body with steel components and an aluminium adjustment knob, it handles flows from 0 to 60 L/min (0 to 16 US gpm) at pressures up to 420 bar (6000 psi).

Internally, hardened steel and high carbon spring steel components work in combination with NBR and PTFE seals to maintain reliable performance across a fluid temperature range of -30 to 120 °C (-22 to 248 °F). The unit is compatible with mineral oils to ISO 11158 and connects via 1-1/16 inch -12UN SAE ORB porting. At 2 kg (4.4 lbs), it is a compact and robust choice for mobile or industrial hydraulic circuits operating within an ambient range of -30 to 50 °C (-22 to 122 °F).

Question by: Roy P on May 14, 2026, 10:00 PM
what's the max pressure rating on this flow divider, and is 6000 psi enough for most industrial hydraulic circuits?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 16, 2026, 10:08 AM
For the majority of industrial hydraulic systems running in the 3000 to 5000 psi range, 6000 psi gives you a solid margin. The VFD120RD160G is rated to 420 bar, which is right at that 6000 psi mark, so it holds up well under standard working pressures without being pushed to its limit in typical applications.
Question by: Roger W on Mar 7, 2026, 5:03 PM
Can this VFD120 Series Flow Divider handle higher pressure environments?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 9, 2026, 8:02 AM
The VFD120 Series Variable Priority Flow Divider can withstand pressures up to 420 bar or 6000 psi, making it suitable for high-pressure hydraulic systems.
