VFD120 Series Variable Priority Flow Dividers VFD120RD200A SINGLE PACK | TSK6602-236

Description & Features

The VFD120 Series Variable Priority Flow Dividers by WEBTEC are designed to manage hydraulic actuator speeds by precisely adjusting the flow rate. Capable of handling maximum flow rates of 76 L/min (20 US gpm) and sustaining pressures up to 420 bar (6000 psi), this robust flow divider is ideal for demanding industrial applications. Its construction features a cast SG Iron body with steel components and an aluminum knob for durability and ease of use. The VFD120RD200A model operates effectively within a fluid temperature range of -30 to 120 °C (-22 to 248 °F) and an ambient temperature range of -30 to 50 °C (-22 to 122 °F), making it versatile across various environments.

With 3/4" NPTF porting and compatibility with mineral oils per ISO 11158 standards, this model ensures seamless integration into existing systems. The internal materials, including hardened steel and high carbon spring steel, along with NBR and PTFE seals, guarantee reliable performance and longevity.

Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Darryl H on Nov 2, 2025, 7:27 PM
seals are NBR and PTFE on this thing -- will that hold up running standard mineral oil hydraulics or is that gonna be a problem?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 4, 2025, 6:41 PM
NBR and PTFE are both well-suited for mineral oils meeting ISO 11158, so you won't have compatibility issues there. The fluid temperature range runs from -30 to 120 °C, which covers most industrial mineral oil circuits without pushing the seals into degradation territory. As long as your system stays within that window, the seal package is a good match for that fluid type.
