VFD120 MD Series Variable Priority Flow Dividers VFD120MD200JP | TSK6637-016

Description & Features

The VFD120MD200JP belongs to WEBTEC's MD Series Variable Priority Flow Dividers, a range engineered to regulate actuator speeds by apportioning hydraulic flow between circuits with variable priority. Rated to 420 bar (6000 psi) and handling flows up to 76 L/min (20 US gpm), it is suited to high-pressure industrial hydraulic systems where consistent flow distribution is essential.

The body combines a cast SG iron housing with steel components and an aluminium adjustment knob. Internal working parts are hardened steel and high carbon spring steel, with NBR/PTFE seals providing reliable fluid compatibility with mineral oils conforming to ISO 11158. Porting is 3/4" BSPP. The unit operates across a fluid temperature range of -30 to 120 °C (-22 to 248 °F) and an ambient temperature range of -30 to 50 °C (-22 to 122 °F), with a net weight of 2 kg (4.4 lbs).

Question by: Ken H on Sep 2, 2025, 12:14 PM
seals on this thing, are they gonna hold up running standard mineral hydraulic oil day in, day out?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 3, 2025, 5:45 PM
NBR and PTFE seals are what's in there, and both handle mineral oils to ISO 11158 without issue. The fluid temperature range goes from -30 up to 120 °C, so normal operating temps in a hydraulic circuit are well within bounds. For continuous duty on mineral oil systems, you're not going to have seal compatibility problems.
