VFD120 MD Series Variable Priority Flow Dividers VFD120MD120GP | TSK6637-024

Description & Features

Designed for precise control of hydraulic actuator speeds, the VFD120MD120GP belongs to WEBTEC's VFD120 MD Series of variable priority flow dividers. It manages flow across a range of 0 to 45 L/min (0 to 12 US gpm) and withstands working pressures up to 420 bar (6,000 psi), making it well suited to demanding mobile and industrial hydraulic circuits.

The body combines cast SG iron with steel components and an aluminium adjustment knob, while internals of hardened steel and high-carbon spring steel contribute to long service life. NBR/PTFE seals support compatibility with mineral oils conforming to ISO 11158, across a fluid temperature range of -30 to 120 °C (-22 to 248 °F). Porting is via a 1-1/16 inch -12UN SAE ORB connection, and the unit weighs 2 kg (4.4 lbs).

Question by: Dean H on Aug 23, 2025, 11:02 AM
How much pressure can the VFD120 MD Series handle?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 25, 2025, 8:27 AM
This flow divider valve can manage pressures up to 420 bar or 6000 psi, making it suitable for demanding hydraulic applications.
Question by: Denise S on Feb 6, 2026, 10:06 PM
seals on this thing -- are they gonna hold up running straight mineral oil day in day out?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 8, 2026, 5:20 PM
NBR and PTFE seals are the standard fit on this unit, and both are well suited for continuous use with mineral oils meeting ISO 11158. NBR handles the dynamic sealing where you need it, and PTFE covers the static faces. Nothing exotic about the fluid requirement here -- straight mineral oil is exactly what this valve is built around.
