VFD120 MD Series Variable Priority Flow Dividers VFD120MD080GMA | TSK6637-123

Description & Features

The WEBTEC VFD120 MD Series Variable Priority Flow Divider is engineered to regulate hydraulic actuator speeds by adjusting flow rates with precision. This versatile flow divider operates with a maximum flow of 30 L/min (8 US gpm) and withstands pressures up to 420 bar (6000 psi), making it suitable for demanding industrial environments. Its robust construction features steel components housed in a durable cast SG iron body, complemented by an aluminum knob for easy adjustments.

Designed for compatibility with mineral oils compliant with ISO 11158, this flow divider functions efficiently within a fluid temperature range of -30 to 120 °C (-22 to 248 °F) and an ambient temperature range of -30 to 50 °C (-22 to 122 °F). The 1-1/16" -12UN #12 SAE ORB porting ensures secure connections, while the NBR and PTFE seals provide reliable performance. Weighing only 2 kg (4.4 lbs), the VFD120 MD Series offers a compact solution without compromising on functionality.

Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Gary K on Feb 16, 2026, 4:50 PM
what kind of porting does the VFD120MD080GMA use and will it work with standard SAE fittings?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 18, 2026, 7:56 AM
Ported at 1-1/16"-12UN #12 SAE ORB, so standard SAE O-ring boss fittings at that size will mate up without any adapters. Pretty common sizing on agricultural and industrial hydraulic circuits, so sourcing compatible fittings locally usually isn't a problem.
