The WEBTEC CV120 Series delivers a practical space-saving solution for hydraulic circuits that require both flow division and directional control within one housing. Model CV120SVDA250G3B handles flows from 0 to 95 L/min (25 US gpm) at pressures up to 250 bar (3,600 psi), making it well suited to mobile and industrial hydraulic applications where mounting space is limited.
Constructed around a cast ductile iron body with steel internal components, the valve weighs 8 kg (18 lbs) and connects via 1-1/16" -12UN #12 SAE ORB porting. NBR/PTFE seals support compatibility with mineral oils to ISO 11158 across a fluid temperature range of -30 to 120 °C (-22 to 248 °F). Ambient service conditions are covered from -30 to 50 °C (-22 to 122 °F). The aluminium adjustment knob allows variable priority flow setting directly on the valve body.

porting on this thing is 1-1/16" -12UN SAE ORB -- does that match up with standard #12 SAE fittings or do I need adapters?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 5, 2026, 7:32 AM
Standard #12 SAE ORB fittings connect directly without adapters. The CV120SVDA250G3B uses 1-1/16"-12UN #12 SAE ORB porting throughout, so if your lines are already terminated with #12 SAE ORB ends, you're ready to bolt up without any transition hardware.

How does the CV120 Series Combination Valve handle temperature variations?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 4, 2025, 4:51 PM
The CV120 Series Combination Valve is built to endure a wide range of temperatures. It operates smoothly in fluid temperatures from -30 to 120 °C (-22 to 248 °F) and ambient temperatures ranging from -30 to 50 °C (-22 to 122 °F). This makes it suitable for various environmental conditions.
