VFD120-E Series VFD120-E Series Variable Priority Flow Dividers with Electric Motor Drive VFD120120G-E12 | TSK6877-024

Description & Features

The WEBTEC VFD120-E Series variable priority flow divider gives precise, motorised control over hydraulic actuator speeds through continuous adjustment of flow distribution across connected circuits. Driven by a 12 V DC electric motor mounted on an aluminium plate and mild steel bracket, the VFD120120G-E12 handles flow up to 45 L/min (12 US gpm) at pressures to 420 bar (6,000 psi), making it well suited to demanding mobile and industrial hydraulic systems.

The cast ductile iron body, hardened steel internals, and high carbon spring steel components are built for durability under sustained load. NBR seals support compatibility with mineral oils to ISO 11158 across a fluid temperature range of -30 to 120 °C (-22 to 248 °F). Porting is 1-1/16" -12UN SAE ORB. Operating ambient temperature spans -30 to 50 °C (-22 to 122 °F), and the unit weighs 2.7 kg (6 lbs).

Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Neil J on Mar 7, 2026, 5:50 PM
How does the VFD120-E Series handle different flow rates?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 9, 2026, 8:01 AM
For applications requiring variable flow rates, the VFD120-E Series flow dividers are ideal, as they can manage flow from 0 to 45 L/min (0 to 12 US gpm). This allows for precise control over hydraulic actuators, making them versatile for various industrial tasks.
Question by: Jeff P on Oct 16, 2025, 10:56 AM
what voltage does the electric motor drive run on for this flow divider?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 17, 2025, 7:55 PM
12 V DC is what powers the drive on this unit. Worth confirming your power source matches before mounting it up, since there's no onboard voltage conversion built into the design.
