The WEBTEC FDC140 Series High Flow Divider Combiner is designed for precise hydraulic flow management, splitting a single flow into two proportional streams with an impressive flow accuracy of ±1.5% of the rated flow. It supports a maximum flow of 100 L/min (26.4 US gpm) and can withstand pressures up to 420 bar (6000 psi). The robust construction features SG iron and carbon steel for durability, while the internal components are crafted from hardened and unalloyed steel, ensuring long-lasting performance even under demanding conditions.
This flow divider combiner is compatible with both mineral and synthetic oils, and its seals are made from NBR, ensuring reliable operation across a wide fluid temperature range of -30 to 100 °C (-22 to 212 °F). The FDC140-100-3-50/50 model is equipped with P Port 1" BSPP and A/B Port 3/4" BSPP connections, providing flexibility in various hydraulic systems. Weighing 6.1 kg, this unit is engineered for high performance and reliability in industrial applications.

How does the FDC140 handle splitting hydraulic flow for my application?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 17, 2025, 8:36 AM
This flow divider combiner splits a single flow into two proportional flows, making it ideal for applications where precise flow division is needed. It ensures that each output gets a consistent share of the input flow, within an accuracy of ±1.5% of the rated flow.
Question by: Jerry M on Aug 6, 2025, 2:34 PM
porting on this unit, the inlet is 1" BSPP and the two outlet ports are 3/4" BSPP, that right?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 8, 2025, 7:55 AM
Correct on both counts. The P port runs 1" BSPP for the inlet, and both the A and B ports are 3/4" BSPP. Worth noting the split is 50/50, so flow gets divided equally between the two outlet ports. If your existing plumbing is already sized for those threads, it should drop right in without adapters.
