FDC140 Series High Flow Divider Combiner FDC140-120-4-50/50 | TSK6880-D350

Description & Features

Designed for demanding high-flow hydraulic circuits, the WEBTEC FDC140-120-4-50/50 divides a single inlet flow into two equal proportional streams, or combines two flows into one, across a working range of 85 to 120 L/min (22.5 to 31.7 US gpm). Rated to 420 bar (6000 psi), it delivers a split-flow accuracy of ±1.5% of rated flow, making it well suited to applications requiring consistent, balanced flow distribution under load.

The body is constructed from SG iron and carbon steel with hardened and unalloyed steel internals and NBR seals, supporting fluid and ambient temperatures from -30 to 100 °C (-22 to 212 °F). The unit accepts mineral and synthetic oils, with other fluids available on request. Porting is via a 1-5/16" -12UN #16 SAE ORB inlet and two 1-16" -12UN #12 SAE ORB work ports. Net weight is 6.1 kg (13.4 lb).

Question by: Frank H on Dec 25, 2025, 7:19 PM
porting on this unit, the inlet is a #16 SAE ORB and both outlets are #12 SAE ORB, right? trying to make sure my lines will match up before i pull the trigger on it
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 27, 2025, 10:46 AM
Correct on all three ports. The P port (inlet) is 1-5/16" -12UN #16 SAE ORB, and both the A and B outlet ports are 1-16" -12UN #12 SAE ORB. If your existing lines are already terminated for those SAE ORB sizes, you should be able to drop this in without adapter fittings.
