Product Questions & Answers (3)

Question by: Ricky R on Dec 25, 2025, 2:53 PM
we got some lines running to a press that jumps around a lot. is this fitting good for that kind of vibration
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 27, 2025, 6:22 AM
Shock hazards require a different setup. General purpose low and medium pressure hydraulics are the main application here. If your equipment deals with heavy vibration or sudden pressure spikes, going with the H277 or H435 is a better bet.
Question by: Gary B on Jun 10, 2025, 1:59 PM
Will this fitting hold up okay in a hydraulic system where it might get bumped around some?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 12, 2025, 6:33 AM
Designed for use where shock hazards exist, this crimp fitting should provide a secure fit in those conditions.
Question by: Gene R on Aug 13, 2025, 9:13 PM
got a -16 hose and need a 90 elbow with a code 61 split flange. is this the right one?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 15, 2025, 6:00 AM
The key points match up: it is a 90 degree elbow crimp fitting built for a -16 hose and it uses a 2.00 inch SAE Code 61 split flange with a 1.5 inch male flanged end.
