trying to match up a fitting i pulled off a -32 hose, is this one the 90 degree elbow with the code 61 split flange end?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 27, 2025, 7:14 PM
For a -32 hose, this part is a 90 degree elbow TTC steel crimp fitting with an SAE Code 61 split flange end. The flange head diameter is 2.81 inches, and the other end is the line hose tube side.

does this fitting work without any thread sealant or do I need to pick something up before I put it together
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 6, 2025, 11:08 AM
No sealant needed for assembly. The split flange design on this SAE Code 61 fitting handles the sealing through the flange connection itself, so you can go straight to installation without tracking down additional materials. No mandrel required either, which keeps the process pretty straightforward.
