Question by: Dustin S on Jul 14, 2025, 4:25 PM
Does this fitting work without a mandrel, or do I need to pick up any extra tooling before I crimp it down?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 16, 2025, 6:06 AM
No mandrel needed for installation on this one. It's set up to crimp directly onto -04 hose, which cuts down on the hardware you need to have on hand. Just make sure you're working with H277 or H435 hose, since those are the compatible hose types for this fitting.
