This Eaton Aeroquip Global TTC Metric DKO Female Swivel Crimp Fitting offers versatile applications for general-purpose low and medium pressure hydraulics. The fitting is designed to securely connect M12 x 1.5 metric threads to -04 hose sizes ensuring reliable performance in demanding hydraulic environments.

Constructed from durable steel it meets the requirements of German DIN 3902 24-degree flare light duty specifications. The straight design and light-duty swivel functionality provide ease of installation and flexibility. Recommended for use with H277 or H435 hoses where shock hazards exist this fitting ensures secure and efficient fluid transfer.

This crimp fitting does not require a mandrel and does not include thread sealant simplifying the assembly process. The torque rating is 15-19 LB/FT ensuring a tight secure connection. It is classified under ECCN EAR99 for export control purposes.

trying to match up a hose end, is this one for -04 hose and an M12 x 1.5 female swivel?

fitting says it don't need a mandrel, that accurate? just want to make sure before i go digging through the shop looking for one

Correct, no mandrel required for assembly. That simplifies things considerably, especially in a shop environment where you're trying to move fast. Just keep in mind there's also no thread sealant included, so you'll want to have that on hand separately before you start the install.
