The Global TTC 1 & 2 Wire Braid Steel Crimp Fitting is designed for general purpose low and medium pressure hydraulics. Manufactured by Danfoss Power Solutions (II LLC Aeroquip) this fitting is suitable for use with H277 or H435 hoses where shock hazards may exist.

Engineered with an M14 x 1.5 Male German DIN 3902 24-degree flare this straight fitting has a light-duty construction. It is specifically crafted to fit -04 hoses without the need for a mandrel ensuring ease of installation.

The tube has an outer diameter of 8 enhancing its compatibility with various hydraulic applications. This crimp fitting does not require thread sealant adding to its practical utility in diverse industrial setups.

Will this fitting hold up okay in a hydraulic system that sees medium pressure use?

does this fitting work without needing a mandrel for the -04 hose, or do I gotta have special tooling on hand?

No mandrel is needed for installation on -04 hose, which keeps the process straightforward and cuts down on the extra tooling you'd otherwise have to track down. Just use standard crimping equipment and you're good to go.
