got a -04 hose and need a 90 to tuck it in tight, is this the long elbow with the 7/16-20 jic female swivel?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 9, 2025, 6:24 AM
For a -04 hose setup, this one matches up with a 7/16-20 female JIC 37 degree flare swivel end and it’s built as a long 90 degree elbow for easier alignment in tighter routing.

fitting's got a long 90-degree elbow on it, does that affect how far it sticks out from the hose end? trying to figure clearance before i go cutting anything
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 13, 2025, 5:52 PM
The drop dimension on this one is 1.8 inches, so that's what you're working with for clearance planning on the elbow side. The long 90-degree configuration is built to help with routing in tighter spots where a standard elbow would put too much stress on the hose, but you'll want to account for that 1.8-inch drop when you're laying out your spacing. Good call checking that before you cut.
