fitting says it works with H277 or H435 hose, does it matter which one I use, or are they interchangeable for this application?

got a -04 hose here, will this straight crimp end work with it or am i chasing the wrong part

For hose fit, it matches a -04 hose size and it’s meant to be crimped onto H277 or H435 hose. The hose side is the line hose tube end, and the other end is a 1/4-18 female NPTF swivel.
