The DANFOSS Power Solutions Aeroquip Match-Mate Plus -8 (1/2) crimp fitting is designed for general purpose low and medium pressure hydraulics. This fitting type is compatible with H277 or H435 hoses where there are shock hazards.

Constructed for durability the steel crimp fitting features a 3/4-16 male SAE O-Ring Boss (Straight Thread O-Ring) and supports a -06 hose size. The end gender is male with end sizes of 0.75 for SAE connection and 0.375 for line/hose/tube.

The straight fitting does not require a mandrel or thread sealant making it a reliable and straightforward component for your hydraulic systems.

Will this fitting work with a standard 1/2 inch hydraulic hose?

This Eaton Aeroquip fitting is designed to work with a -06 hose, which is roughly equivalent to a 3/8 inch hose size. It's not intended for use with a 1/2 inch hose.

Been trying to track down a straight SAE O-ring boss fitting that'll work on a -06 hose without needing thread sealant. This the right one for that?
