This steel crimp fitting features a 1-14 Female O-Ring Face Seal Swivel connection and is compatible with -08 hose. The straight design and robust construction make it suitable for applications where shock hazards exist, such as those encountered with Eaton Aeroquip H277 or H435 hoses.

i got -08 hose on the truck, is this fitting the right match and what kinda end is it

It’s a straight steel crimp fitting made for -08 hose, and the threaded end is a 1-14 female O-ring face seal swivel (ORS).

Will this fitting hold up okay in a hydraulic system on a farm tractor?

got a -08 hose here, will this fitting crimp on and still let me swivel it into place?

For a -08 hose, this is the matching crimp fitting size, and the connection end is a 1-14 Female O-Ring Face Seal swivel. That swivel is there so you can line it up and tighten it without having to twist the hose.
