FDC60 Series Flow Divider Combiner FDC60-05-6-50/50 | TW2458-133

Description & Features

Part of the FDC60 Series, this WEBTEC Flow Divider Combiner model FDC60-05-6-50/50 offers precise flow management with the ability to split a single hydraulic flow into two proportional streams. It supports a maximum flow capacity of 5 L/min (1.3 US gpm) and operates at pressures up to 310 bar (4500 psi). Designed for versatile industrial applications, this unit maintains flow accuracy within ±2% of the rated flow, ensuring reliable performance under varying conditions.

Constructed from durable grey cast iron and mild steel, with internal components made of hardened steel and high carbon spring steel, the device is built to withstand harsh environments. It operates effectively within a fluid temperature range of -30 to 100°C (-22 to 212°F), making it suitable for a wide range of hydraulic systems. The FDC60-05-6-50/50 is compatible with mineral oils to ISO 11158 standards and features SAE ORB porting for secure connections.

porting on this thing, the inlet is 7/8"-14UN #10 SAE ORB and both outlets are 3/4"-16UN #8 SAE ORB, right? just want to confirm before i order
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 1, 2026, 9:25 AM
Correct on all three. The P port runs 7/8"-14 UN in a #10 SAE ORB configuration, and both the A and B ports are 3/4"-16 UN with #8 SAE ORB fittings. Pretty common sizing for low-flow divider work, so most SAE-ported hydraulic lines in that range should mate up without adapters.
