The WEBTEC FDC60 Series Flow Divider Combiner is a reliable solution for hydraulic systems needing precise flow management. This model, FDC60-40-8-50/50, can handle a maximum flow of 40 L/Min (10.6 US gpm) and withstand pressures up to 310 bar (4500 psi). Designed for versatility, it operates effectively within a flow range of 25 to 40 L/min (6.6 to 10.6 US gpm) and maintains a flow accuracy of ±2% of rated flow. Its robust construction features grey cast iron and mild steel for the body, with hardened steel and high carbon spring steel for internal components, ensuring durability under demanding conditions.
The FDC60's compatibility with mineral oils to ISO 11158 and its temperature resilience from -30 to 100°C (-22 to 212°F) make it suitable for various applications. With NBR seals and precision porting of P, A, and B Ports at 1/2" NPTF, this flow divider combiner meets rigorous industrial standards for performance and reliability.

How well does the FDC60-40-8-50/50 perform in terms of flow accuracy?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 15, 2026, 11:39 AM
The FDC60-40-8-50/50 offers a flow accuracy of ±2% of the rated flow, ensuring precise performance in applications where flow division is critical.
Question by: Steve C on Dec 24, 2025, 4:45 PM
porting on this is 1/2" NPTF on all three ports -- does that mean P, A, and B are all the same size?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 26, 2025, 7:12 AM
All three ports on the FDC60-40-8-50/50 are 1/2" NPTF, so the inlet and both outlet ports are the same thread size and type. That keeps plumbing straightforward if you're running standard half-inch hydraulic fittings throughout the circuit.
