FDC60 Series Flow Divider Combiner FDC60-10-6-50/50 | TW2458-75

Description & Features

Designed for hydraulic circuits requiring precise flow division or combination, the WEBTEC FDC60-10-6-50/50 is a gear-type flow divider combiner capable of splitting one inlet flow into two equal 50/50 outputs. It handles flow rates between 5 and 10 L/min (1.3 to 2.6 US gpm) with an accuracy of plus or minus 2% of rated flow, and withstands system pressures up to 310 bar (4,500 psi).

The unit is built from grey cast iron and mild steel with hardened internal components and high carbon spring steel internals, supported by NBR seals. Porting is via a 7/8"-14UN #10 SAE ORB inlet and dual 3/4"-16UN #8 SAE ORB outlet ports. The fluid and ambient temperature range spans -30 to 100 degrees C (-22 to 212 degrees F), with compatibility across mineral oils to ISO 11158. Weighing 2 kg (4.4 lbs), the unit suits compact hydraulic installations where equal flow sharing between two actuators is required.

Question by: Terry A on May 17, 2026, 8:40 PM
porting on this thing, is the inlet a larger size than the two outlets?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 19, 2026, 7:48 AM
Correct. The P port (inlet) is a 7/8"-14UN #10 SAE ORB, and both the A and B ports (outlets) step down to 3/4"-16UN #8 SAE ORB. So you've got a larger inlet feeding two smaller outlet connections, which is pretty typical for a 50/50 divider setup like this.

Can this FDC60 Flow Divider Combiner handle high-pressure systems?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 20, 2026, 7:43 AM
Absolutely. The FDC60 Flow Divider Combiner is rated for a maximum pressure of 310 bar, or 4500 psi, making it well-suited for high-pressure applications.
