Question by: Duane C on Nov 13, 2025, 6:53 AM
got a 3/4 inch female npt air line at the shop, will this coupling screw right on?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 14, 2025, 7:48 AM
It’s a 3/4 inch Female NPT threaded universal air hose coupling, so it matches a 3/4 inch male NPT connection.
Question by: Lynn C on Nov 9, 2025, 4:02 PM
what's the temp range on this coupling? got some outdoor lines that freeze up in winter and want to make sure it'll hold up
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 10, 2025, 6:50 PM
Standard rubber washer in this fitting handles down to negative 20 degrees Fahrenheit, so typical winter conditions won't be a problem. Upper end cuts off at 160 degrees Fahrenheit, which covers most ambient outdoor and shop environments just fine. Keep in mind that's with the rubber seal it comes with. Swap out that washer for something else and those numbers no longer apply.

Reckon this'll work okay for runnin' air to my impact wrench?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 1, 2025, 3:18 PM
These universal air hose couplings are designed for air and water service, and they're rated to 150 PSI at 70°F, so they should be suitable if your wrench operates within those parameters.
