Designed for excellence in all marine fuel line applications this premium fuel hose features a nylon internal barrier and an NBR tube offering superior age and permeation resistance for all marine fuels including alcohol blends. The hose includes a NBR/PVC blend cover providing robust resistance to fire heat cold ozone and fuel aging.

Equipped with 2 spiral polyester reinforcement this hose ensures maximum operating pressure up to 100 PSI along with impressive flexibility and a minimum bend radius of 2.5 inches. Its internal diameter is a precise 0.25 inch while the outer diameter measures 0.536 inch confirming with ISO nominal bores and tolerances.

Ideally suited for feed/supply return transfer and vent lines it meets the stringent standards of USCG Type A1 SAE J1527 ISO 7840 A1 ABYC H-24 & H-33 NMMA Type Accepted and CE Certified. Shank type fittings can be easily attached using stainless steel pinch clamps worm gear clamps or brass crimp ferrules.

got a tight little run by the tank, how sharp can i bend this 1/4 fuel hose without kinking it

For routing, the minimum bend radius is 2.5 inches. Keeping your bends at or above that radius helps it hold its shape and maintain flow without stressing the hose.
