Designed specifically for marine fuel applications this premium fuel line hose offers extraordinary durability and resistance. It features a unique nylon internal barrier and NBR tube construction minimizing fuel permeation and providing robust protection against aging and alcohol blends. The hose is reinforced with a two-spiral polyester for superior flexibility and strength.

The nitrile blend cover ensures exceptional resistance to heat fire cold ozone and fuel aging making it ideal for various marine engine systems including inboard I/O stern drives gen sets and outboards. Its conformity with the latest marine standards like USCG Type A1 SAE J1527 ISO 7840 A1 ABYC H-24 & H-33 NMMA Type Accepted and CE Certified guarantees reliable performance.

With an inner diameter of 0.375 inches and an outer diameter of 0.681 inches this hose supports a maximum operating pressure of up to 100 PSI and a minimum bend radius of 2.5 inches. Suitable fitting attachments include stainless steel pinch clamps stainless steel worm gear clamps or brass crimp ferrules. The temperature range is between -20 F to 212 F.

got a tight run in the bilge, how sharp can i bend this 3/8 fuel hose without kinkin it up

For tight routing, the minimum bend radius is 2.5 inches. Staying at or above that bend keeps the hose from being forced into a kink and helps it hold its shape.
