Manufactured by Trident Rubber LLC this premium type A1 marine fuel hose is equipped with a barrier liner inside the tube to eliminate direct fuel contact with the nitrile rubber layer. This ensures exceptional resistance to deterioration and permeation by all marine fuels including alcohol blends. Suitable for various applications in marine engine systems this hose meets stringent standards such as USCG Type A1 SAE J1527 ISO 7840 A1 ABYC H-24 & H-33 and NMMA Type Accepted CE Certified.

Constructed with a durable Nitrile/PVC blend cover the hose offers outstanding resistance to fire heat cold ozone and fuel aging. Reinforced with 2 spiral polyester for maximum working pressure and flexibility it supports a minimum bend radius of 2.5 inches. The black finish with a red stripe and white lettering signifies its robust design and quality.

This 50 FT hose features a 5/16 inch inner diameter an outer diameter of 0.611 inches and can handle pressures up to 100 PSI. The temperature range covers from -20 F to 212 F making it versatile for various marine conditions. Compatible fitting attachments include stainless steel pinch clamps worm gear clamps or brass crimp ferrules.

got a tight turn coming off the tank. how sharp can i bend this 5/16 fuel hose without kinking it?

For tight routing, the minimum bend radius on this hose is 2.5 inches. Staying at or above that bend radius helps it keep its shape and flow, especially with the 2 spiral polyester reinforcement.
