Designed for critical marine fuel line applications the Barrier Lined USCG Type A1-15 SAE J1527 Fuel Hose offers exceptional durability and resistance. This premium Type A1 fuel hose features a nylon internal barrier that prevents fuel from contacting the nitrile rubber tube ensuring superior aging and permeation resistance against all marine fuels including alcohol blends.

The 0.31-inch ID hose is reinforced with a two-spiral polyester layer providing excellent flexibility and a minimum bend radius of 2.5 inches. The nitrile/PVC blend cover offers strong resistance to fire heat cold ozone and fuel aging making it an optimal choice for various marine engine systems such as inboards stern drives gensets and outboards.

Certified to meet the latest marine standards this fuel hose conforms to USCG Type A1 SAE J1527 ISO 7840 A1 ABYC H-24 & H-33 and NMMA Type Accepted standards. It is also CE Certified ensuring reliability and safety in rigorous marine environments. Designed to operate within a temperature range of -20F to 212F it provides consistent performance under diverse conditions.

does this hose work for ethanol-blended fuels or just straight gasoline? got a stern drive setup and want to make sure it ain't gonna break down on me

Ethanol blends are fully covered here. The nylon internal barrier keeps fuel from ever contacting the nitrile rubber tube directly, which is exactly what gives this hose its edge over standard fuel hose when alcohol-blended fuels are in the mix. It's rated for all marine fuels including those blends, so a stern drive running E10 or similar won't be a problem for it.
