Description & Features

Constructed with a nylon internal barrier and Nbr tube, this hose keeps fuel from direct contact with the nitrile rubber, delivering strong resistance to permeation and aging from marine fuels including alcohol blends. The Barrier Lined Uscg Type A1-15 Sae J1527 Fuel Hose, 0.63 Inch Id, Up To 75.00 Psi features a two-spiral polyester reinforcement layer that supports a 75 PSI maximum working pressure and a 4.5-inch minimum bend radius, making it well suited for fuel feed, return, transfer, and vent lines on inboard, I/O stern drive, generator set, and outboard marine engine systems.

The Nbr/Pvc blend cover resists fire, heat, ozone, cold, and fuel aging. Hose I.D. and O.D. measure 0.625 and 1.0 inches respectively, with bore dimensions conforming to Iso nominal tolerances. Compatible fitting attachment methods include stainless steel pinch clamps, stainless steel worm gear clamps, and brass crimp ferrules used with shank-type brass fittings. Rated for a temperature range of -20°F to 212°F, this hose meets Uscg Type A1, Sae J1527, Iso 7840 A1, Abyc H-24 and H-33 standards, and carries Nmma type acceptance and Ce certification. Sold in a 100-foot roll.
