Rated to a maximum of 10,000 psi (700 bar), the Enerpac V152 Pressure Relief Valve is designed to limit pump-generated pressure in a hydraulic circuit, protecting downstream components from overload. The valve opens automatically whenever the preset pressure threshold is reached, making it suitable for automating clamp cycles and maintaining consistent system pressure.

Adjustment is straightforward, turning the handle clockwise increases the pressure setting across a range of 800 to 10,000 psi. Repeatability accuracy of ±3% supports reliable, consistent performance across repeated cycles. Maximum oil flow is 1,830 in³/min (30 l/min), and all units feature NPT or SAE porting to maintain leak-free performance at rated pressure. A 3 ft. return line hose kit is included. A nickel-plated variant with Viton seals is available for applications requiring additional corrosion resistance or elevated temperature tolerance.
