Designed around a sliding guided piston mechanism, the V Series Guided Piston Relief Valve, Cast Iron, 1 NPT Ports, Spring, Up To 25.00 GPM from Fulflo Specialties Co delivers stable pressure control across a wide range of industrial fluid applications. The guided piston design minimizes response to transient pressure surges, reducing the chatter, pounding, and squealing common in conventional direct-acting relief valves.

The cast iron housing paired with a hardened steel piston and Buna-N seals supports use with hydraulic oils, water, solvents, and chemicals across varying viscosities. Ports are 1 NPT, the rated flow capacity is 25 GPM, and the spring is calibrated for a pressure range of 150–350 PSI. Unlike poppet or ball check designs, this valve modulates flow progressively rather than snapping open at cracking pressure, providing more linear pressure-flow behavior suited to both load regulation and system protection.
