VD10A Series Assembling kit for 6 section valve assembly

Designed for reassembly and servicing of Salami VD10A Series six-section directional control valve configurations, the VD10A Series Assembling Kit for 6 Section Valve Assembly supplies the hardware needed to correctly torque and seal multiple valve sections into a single stacked unit. It is suited for mobile and industrial hydraulic circuits where multi-function control is required from a compact valve bank.

The kit is rated for flow up to 32 GPM and supports maximum operating pressures of 4000 PSI at the pressure port and 4500 PSI at the working ports. Back pressure at the outlet port is rated to 363 PSI. Compatible fluid viscosity ranges from 10 cSt minimum to 460 cSt maximum, with an optimal working range of 12 to 75 cSt. Standard NBR seals support fluid temperatures from -4°F to 185°F, and the assembly is specified for ambient conditions up to 140°F. Recommended system cleanliness is ISO 4406: 19/16, based on technical data derived using mineral oil at 16 cSt.
