Main relief valve plug

This main relief valve plug is part of the Salami VD10A Series, designed for use in hydraulic systems with mineral oil. It is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 4000 PSI on ports "P" and 4500 PSI on ports "A" and "B". The plug can handle a maximum back pressure of 363 PSI on outlet port "T".

This valve plug is designed to function optimally with fluid viscosities between 12 cSt and 75 cSt, with acceptable performance between 10 cSt and 460 cSt. It is capable of a flow rating of 32 GPM and maintains an internal leakage rate of 2.43 - 3.34 in³/min. at 2285 PSI. The recommended filtration is ISO 4406: 19/16. It functions in ambient temperatures from 86°F to 140°F, and fluid temperatures from -4°F to 185°F when standard NBR seals are used.
