Running mineral oil through a system that tops out around 3,800 PSI on the pressure ports. This PP kit hold up to that without sweating it?

4,000 PSI is the rated maximum on the P ports, so 3,800 PSI puts you comfortably inside that range. The A and B ports are rated even higher at 4,500 PSI. Technical data for this kit was validated using mineral oil at 16 cSt viscosity, so that fluid choice lines up well with how it was tested. Just keep your contamination level at ISO 4406 19/16 or cleaner and your viscosity between 12 and 75 cSt for best results.

what's the pressure rating on the work ports for this PP kit? trying to figure out if it'll hold up on a pretty demanding circuit

Ports A and B are rated to 4500 PSI, and the pressure port P is rated to 4000 PSI. Keep in mind the outlet port T has a maximum back pressure of 363 PSI, so that side needs a little more attention when you're sizing out the rest of the circuit. Those numbers are based on testing with mineral oil at 16 cSt viscosity and a contamination level of 19/16 per ISO 4406.
