This assembly kit is designed for use with Salami VD12A Series 5 section valve assemblies. It is suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from 86°F to 140°F and fluid temperatures from -4°F to 185°F when using standard NBR seals.

This VD12A Series Assembly kit offers a flow rating of 48 GPM. It is designed to function with a fluid viscosity between 12 cSt and 75 cSt for optimal performance, with an acceptable range of 10 cSt to 460 cSt. The maximum back pressure is 363 PSI on outlet port "T", with a maximum operating pressure of 4000 PSI on ports "P" and 4500 PSI on ports "A" and "B". Internal leakage measures between 2.43 and 3.34 in³/min at 2285 PSI. Recommended filtration is ISO 4406: 19/16.

What's the deal with the fluid viscosity on this thing? What if my fluid's a little thicker than that 75 cSt optimal number?

This kit works best when the fluid viscosity is between 12 cSt and 75 cSt. However, it can handle a range from 10 cSt to 460 cSt. Just keep in mind that performance is optimized within that narrower range.
