VD12A Series Assembly kit for 9 section valve assembly

Designed for 9-section directional control valve assemblies, the Salami VD12A Series Assembly Kit provides the components needed to maintain or rebuild multi-section valve configurations used in demanding hydraulic circuits. The kit supports a maximum operating pressure of 4,000 PSI on the pressure port and up to 4,500 PSI on the work ports, with a flow rating of 48 GPM.

Standard NBR seals allow fluid temperature operation from -4°F to 185°F, with an ambient temperature range of 86°F to 140°F. Fluid viscosity should fall between 12 cSt and 75 cSt for optimal performance, with a minimum of 10 cSt and a maximum of 460 cSt. Back pressure on the outlet port is rated to 363 PSI. Recommended system filtration is ISO 4406: 19/16, consistent with the contamination level used during technical validation of this series.
