The Salami VD6A Series Hydraulic Proportional Control Kit is engineered for precision control in demanding industrial environments. Featuring sturdy cast-iron bodies and a variety of spool selections, this kit supports up to 8 work sections. With a versatile design, it offers parallel, series, and tandem circuits, each protected by load check valves. The kit accommodates open and closed center configurations with power beyond options, making it adaptable to diverse applications.

Operable in ambient temperatures ranging from -22°F to 140°F, the control kit is compatible with fluid temperatures between -4°F and 185°F when using standard NBR seals. It handles a maximum operating pressure of 5100 PSI on ports P, A, and B and a flow rating of 12 GPM, ensuring reliable performance under high-pressure conditions. The hardened steel, nickel-plated spools are interchangeable, providing flexibility and ease of maintenance.

Reckon this would work okay in a tractor's hydraulic system?

Designed for demanding industrial environments, this hydraulic proportional control kit should work in a tractor's hydraulic system. Just make sure the 12 GPM flow rating and the 5100 PSI maximum operating pressure on ports P, A, and B align with your tractor's specifications. It's also good to know that it works best with fluid viscosity between 12 cSt and 75 cSt, but can handle between 10 cSt and 400 cSt.
